Villa Nima is fully EOT licensed with the Greek National Tourist Organisation to ensure user safety and compliance.

Ornate designed gates greet you as you arrive at Nima with adequate parking facility for at least two cars. Stone pathways and landscaped garden lead you to the villa entrance.

Inside the ground floor open plan area is furnished to a high quality c/w 2 large 3 seater leather sofas, Natural oak dining suite, bespoke wine rack, Modern 37 inch flat screen, DVD and I Pod/ CD Music system. FREE Unlimited WIFI Access.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with modern appliances and is fully kitted out with all cookware and utensils you may need. Around the villa there are five intimate 2 seater bistro tables and a unique slate round table which will seat 4.

Downstairs, there is one large twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom/wet room and a balcony area outside the sliding glass doors. In addition, there is a separate cloakroom.

Upstairs, there are 2 large double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms/wet rooms. Both have balconies with a table and chairs, which offer outstanding views of the bay and the island of Zakynthos.

Outside the lounge area's glass double doors, is another seating area with a table and chairs. Below this is the sun terrace with 8 sun loungers around the pool. The pool is beautifully tiled in sky blue mosaic tiles and is illuminated at night. Adjacent to the pool there are stone steps which take you to the private landscaped garden.

Within the garden area there is a traditional designed pergola c/w 2 round tables and 8 chairs. This is all adjacent to the traditional stone BBQ.
